The Catholic Sabha, Mangalore Pradesh (R) is organizing Elocution Competition every year for the five categories of Parishioners at Parish, Varado, Zonal & Diocesan levels. As reported earlier, the Paladka Parish level completions were held on 01.10.2006.

Prizes were distributed to the winners on 05.11.2006. Earlier in the morning, all the parishioners participated in the 8:00 AM mass. Fathima Ward members conducted the liturgy of the mass. There was usual Adoration of the Holy Sacrament as it was the first Sunday of the month. After this, Cathloic Sabha, Paladka Unit Treasurer Mr. Simon Cardoza read out the names of the winners and its Spiritual Director, Rev. Fr. Norbert Lobo distributed the prizes. The unit President Mr. Victor D’Souza was also present.

The First & Second prize winners qualify themselves to participate in the Varado Level competitions.
