Sept 11, 2007 : ICYM unit of Paladka Church organised free medical camp on Sunday, the 2nd Sept, 2007 at Paladka Grama Panchayat from morning 9AM to 12AM.

The camp beagn with the opening ceremony. Mr. Sucharitha Shetty – Jilla Panchayat Member narrated the imporatance of this camp and appreciated the youth for their unique initiative. The other guests present were Mrs. Cynthia Aranha, President- Paladka Panchayat; Mr. Krishna Shetty, Panchayat member; Dr. Pradeep – AJ Shetty Hospital, Mangalore; Mr. Jayaraj Shetty-Campus Head, AJ Hospital; Mr. Sukesh-Dharmastala Gramabhivruddhi Group and Praveen Sequeira, President- ICYM Paladka. Naveen Fernandes proposed vote of thanks and Roshan Pinto compered the programme. Around 150 people were tested for various common diseases.
