In a function organised at the Church Hall of St. Ignatius Loyola Church, Paladka-574226 on Saturday, the 14th July, 2012 under the banner of Henry & Benedicta D’Souza Foundation, Neckare – Kudripadavu a sum of Rs.52,000/- (Rupees Fifty two thousand only) was distributed among 30 students (20 boys and 10 girl students) for the academic year 2012-13.

The Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Gilbert D’Souza, presided over the funcgtion. Shri Hilar D’Souza, one of the committee members welcomed the gathering and gave the details of the Foundation and its founders Shri Henry & Smt. Benedicta D’Souza of Neckare – Kudripadavu.

The Parish Priest distributed the scholarship amount to a few students while Sr. Suma, St. Ignatius Loyola Convent, Paladka, who also happens to be a representative member of the Committee gave away the rest of the scholarships.

Besides the beneficiary students, their parents/guardians also attended the function. At the end coffee and snacks were served to all the participants.
