Parents meeting of St. Ignatius Loyola English Medium school was held on 14 April 2014 at Church hall. The programme began with a prayer song by school children. Mr. Denis D’Mello Vice president of Parish pastoral parishad welcomed the gathering.

Correspondent and Parish Priest Fr. Ivan Michael Rodrigues explained in detail the different activities of the school. He said that this school will not become 11th school among other schools, instead it will provide quality education with co-curricular and extra curricular activities. Children will be in safe hands at Paladka. The school will provide training in karate, music, dance, key board, scout & guides for the interested students. The school bus will pick children from Kadalakere, Ontikatte, Guddeangadi, Kodyadka, Sowardanagrara, Kadandale and sacheripete. Omni car facility will be provided to Varnabettu. Mrs. Jecintha Sequeira, M.A., M.Ed. having nine years of experience in English medium school will be the Headmistress. The teaching staff will include two experienced sisters, three other teachers with the qualification of B.Sc., B.Ed.(15 years experience), B.A., B.Ed. with Montesory training and P.U.C.,D.Ed.

Parents along with their children can contact the school office from 9.30 to 1.00 from 21st April for admissions. Text books will be provided in the school. Note books list will be given during admissions.
