On the occasion of Centenary Jubilee celebration of St. Ignatius aided Higher primary school, Paladka Old Students day was celebrated on 29th December 2015at 6.30pm. The programme was started by a prayer song by Priya Dantis, Thwisha & Sasha D’souza. Sr. Josina, the Headmistress welcomed the dignitaries & all those present there.

The donors, who had donated upto Rs. 50,000 were honoured by giving a memento. The mementos were given away by Mr. Alfred Rita Sequeira and Mr.Henry Benedicta D’souza.

All the retired Headmasters, teachers and achievers were honoured for their selfless service rendered to the school. Mr. Andrew D’Souza and Mr.Chandra Shekhar Bhatt spoke on the occasion on behalf of all the honored retired teachers.

Thereafter, prize distribution was done for the winners of the games that were conducted earlier. Varnabettu team won the cricket Trophy and Saverapura team was the runners up. Ronald emerged as the best all rounder in cricket. ICYM Paladka won the trophy in throw ball and Fathima Friends were the runners up. In volleyball, Kadandale Friends took away the trophy and ICYM Friends were the runners up. Mr. Adarsh was the best volleyball player.

Finally, there was a cultural programme followed by a sumptuous meal.
