On the pleasant eve of June 2nd 2013, sharp at 3:20pm the new vicar Rev. Fr. Ivan Rodrigues arrived to Paladka church ground along with his companion priests and the well wishers of the Kallianpur Pre university college.

He was warmly welcomed by the Parishners and the vicar Rev. Fr. Gilbert D’Souza and the melodious sound of the brass band which was played by the sweet kids of our parish.

As a Altar ceremony all the rights were hand overed to the new vicar by the old, in the presence of Vicar Var (Moodbidri Dean.) Rev. Fr. Austin Peris. Flowers and garlands were offered by the parishners during a welcome programme which was arranged by the Parish Pastoral Council and a greeting song sung by the choir.

The gathering enjoyed the tea party at the end.
